What is Catering Service?
Catering service is the provision of food and beverage needs of individuals or institutions on special days or regular organizations by professional companies. Food preparation, presentation and service processes are carried out by catering companies for events such as Hajj visit, Umrah visit, as well as weddings, meetings, invitations, birthdays. It can be offered in different formats such as transported food service, table d'hôte meal, open buffet, cocktail services. It provides time and cost savings, while providing service in accordance with hygiene and quality standards.
